coming back home just makes me feel fuckup. alright once again took a cab down for trg at sbc, only 10 ppl turn up. quite alot of ppl sick some had extra lessons some had personla problems. abandage up my leg and train. was quite relax la. den went to eat with Da guys, train back with ahle benny and subhas, on the way back hme suddenly i changed my mind and went for home-u trg. when i reach there the place was like WOW. the open category coach went to caoch us, he coach me during my pri sch days, so i was like recalling the memories those days, where he coach me and use to play bball with zhao feng everysat. that place is really very nice, after that went to have a drink and light snack. it was nice day for me today, but now i feel fuck up... F U C K. pass me a can of beer man.!!!! pass the shoe to zf mother, den walk back hme... HOME SWEET HOME!! guess it is not anymore, thats all bye !

the thought of giving of an excuse to my teacher which i did not run for the 2.4 today is that i sprained my ankle. in the end i sprained it in the morning.! arleady had a slight sprain ystd but guess it wasn;t my day./ hope to go drinking with my drinking partner . gonna go polyclinic to see a doc now. not sure if i should go down to sbc and mayb help out redsport.

waht a boring day, went down to ccab to catch sac and my sch junior girls. didn;t watch much. hope that there will be trg, and there will be a miracle that i can do the pull-up. test test coming up. tried to cultivate the habit of slping early but i juz can;t put myself to bed sad right/? IF only i could be.......... hahah what a short post. bye dudes

queenscup is drawing nearer, i hope to beat our rivals.. after what we went through...!!!! this year..

getting fucked up recentlly. think my fitness level is going downhill due to some reasons, ny tunny is also getting bigger man. think eat too much liao/ just ate steam crabs and curry chicken cook by my mum! long time never eat crab liao. nothing much to write,!

over the past few days, i have seen: arrogant people lots of them,caring people,selfish people, and some mother cb characther. well lets not say bad things about people. Had trg in the morning ystd, didn't went out too well for me. after taht went to eeat with some of them, and got trick by zhao feng with the mrt thingy so he stop at kallang waited for me at the last carriage but i went to the 1st, so in the end got down at lavender and met up, haha den went to lion,pig and wai kiat! cb next time go with ppl must think twice, go ther like zuo wu zuo bo, say buy shoe in the end never buy only nixon buy and we bought some shirts i guess the four of us, wai kiat lend me money , was grateful at least he some how trust that i would return. den left Queensway SC, went to eat, den so happen rmberd, that there was a bbq thingy organise by rachel for the church. oh ya on the way back home saw this girl in the bus, she was walking towards my estate, and i somehow got the feeling that she was rachel friend, and it cam eout to be ture, we slack true the night, it was not so much of the eating i guess it was the gathering.
so rachel and i stay back until everyone went home and talk till past midnight i guess, help her carry the stuffs, and sat beside her and hear her play the piano. it was damn nice la. it somehow make me feel calm, i enjoyed the night. alright did not attend the 8.30 mass so went to sunday school and attend the 12.30 mass was about to sleep already, ok home sweet home i think this is the longest post i have ever written. BYE..)
